Hey, I'm glad you're here :)

bigdraw is a big collaborative multiplayer drawing.

Claim a tile, draw on it, and add it to the shared canvas. Pan and zoom to explore what others have made.

If you're into reading as well as drawing, here's a short blog post I wrote about bigdraw.

Rules...

• Claim one tile at a time.
• Draw for at least 15 seconds (make a little effort!)
• You can submit up to 7 drawings every day.
• You must be a human meatbag to submit drawings - no bots!
• Your drawing must be yours. Don't get me in trouble by infringing copyright.
• Play nice. If you don't, your drawings will be removed and you'll be banned.
• And finally, if you see a tile that's not following the rules, report it.

Other, less important stuff:

• Leave the site with a tile claimed, and that claim will free after 1 minute. Your drawing will be saved for later.
• Spend more than 30 minutes on the site with a tile claimed, and the tile will be freed automatically. Your drawing will be saved for later.
• By submitting, you give bigdraw a license to keep, display, and share your drawing - including to promote bigdraw (like on social media) or make and sell things like stickers or posters featuring it. There aren't any current plans for this, but I'm including the notice here in case that changes. You still own your drawing.

bigdraw is inspired by: patchwork, r/place, One Million Checkboxes, and JS Paint.

Icons are from Lucide. The font doing all the goofing around is Comic Relief by Jeff Davis.

Privacy...

bigdraw doesn't ask for your name, email, or a login.

It uses browser cookies so you can keep drawing as the same anonymous user, and stores IP addresses to help stop bots and spam.

Traffic goes through Cloudflare, and its Turnstile product is used to detect bots. See Turnstile's (very pro-privacy) privacy policy for more.

Plausible Analytics is used for site analytics. They're also very privacy friendly, see their data policy for more.
